The Safety Blend

Prep Time 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 apples medium size
  • 4 sticks celery
  • 3 carrots medium size

Instructions

  • Clean vegetables
  • core apples, chop ends off of celery, peel carrots, and chop the ends of the carrots
  • Place ingredients in a juicer. If you don't have a juicer, then you can make this in a blender, but you will need to strain the blend before drinking.

  • Add water and blend, as needed.
